Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions and lashes, braiding hair cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, all Sales and Discount items are final. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. No refund will be received for lost/stolen packages. If you are not satisfied with your hair accessories and clothing. We would be happy to provide you with a store credit. Your order will not be replaced. All packages come with tracking numbers.
